Family Medicine or Internal Medicine telehealth, centered on steady visit pacing and a quick credentialing path, built to plug in cleanly alongside an existing outpatient schedule.

Practice Setting
- 100 percent telehealth focused outpatient care.
- Adult patient population, ages 18+.
- Common visit types include medical weight loss, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, CHF, and COPD.
- Charting in a proprietary EMR with Text Blaze supported workflows.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday coverage.
- Clinical hours available from 8a to 8p in your timezone.
- Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
- Shifts are at least 4 hours.
- Daily and weekly caps in place, no more than 8 hours per day and no more than 40 hours per week.
Workflow and Visits
- Telehealth visits scheduled with defined appointment lengths for new and follow up encounters.
- Expect a structured outreach expectation during scheduled time even if a patient does not show.
- Timecard based tracking for clinical time plus onboarding activities.
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active US state licenses, strongly preferred 3 to 4 with a minimum of 2 from: FL, GA, IL, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX.
- Telehealth experience and strong comfort with technology.
